Gill Waugh

Gill currently lives and works in Balquhidder, West Perthshire.

She originally studied at Edinburgh College of Art.
After a long career in design and illustration, she returned in 2014 to her first love, painting.

"Living in rural Perthshire and working throughout the Highlands and Islands, I find the serenity of my surroundings to be the perfect muse for translating thoughts and emotions into shape and colour.

The dreamlike mists on my home loch and the lightness and darkness of our amazing weather...
