Continuing this Autumn with a prayer for peace. Anna Halprin’s Planetary Dance will be offered by Audicia and Derek on October 21st as part of the Joy of Sound celebration in Edinburgh.

Autumn Term

We are running a special Tamalpa Life Art workshop series between October and March focusing on The Environmental Body.

The Autumn term continues with 7 weeks of classes in Pilates, Yoga and Chi Gung to December 14th. You are welcome to come on a drop in basis or take a class card which enables you to come to any class and or bring a friend to make up your classes.

Environmental Body

(Based on the Tamalpa Life Art Process)

These workshops will use a multi modal approach of improvised movement, creative writing, drawing/painting, aesthetic dialogue and response. A journey through the body landscapes.

Cost: Block booking (5 workshops): £250
Individual Workshops: £60/£55 conc.

Delicate Zen is a complementary health clinic run by Audicia from State Theta Galleries.

  • Fully registered and qualified practitioner and teacher with the Shiatsu Society. MRSS (T)
  • Fully qualified teacher and practitioner in Movement Shiatsu.
  • Post Graduate in Craniosacral Therapy. Registered with the Craniosacral Association. RCST
  • Certificate in Clinical Aromatherapy. CICA
  • Diploma in Lymphatic Drainage Massage Dip.LMD
  • Diploma in On-Site Massage. Dip.OSM

New Events in 2011

Walking The Labyrinth with Di Williams
Walking the path of the labyrinth offers a unique space to slow down, still the mind and find time in a fast paced world for reflection.
Date: Friday 2nd December
Time: 6.30-9.00pm.
Cost: £15/£10conc
Cost includes refreshments, mulled wine and mince pies.
Di William is an Anglican priest, adult educator, labyrinth facilitator and trainer, spiritual accompanier and writer.

After an 'extended break' of 20 years, Derek is rehearsing and recording new music with Rachaka.

The Rachaka website has been updated and archive recordings have been remastered and can be accessed through the new site.

Ormiston Grows
A wonderful opportunity to get involved in this community garden project.
