Yoga Day (Scaravelli Inspired) - Shifting Paradigms through Yoga

This one-day open workshop introduces the AcquaViva Yoga and Teacher Development Courses for dedicated practitioners and teachers with Marc Woolford.

This is an open workshop suitable for teachers and enthusiasts looking for more experiential depth and direct understanding of some of the principles behind the Scaravelli inspired approach to yoga.
Acquaviva yoga, created by Marc Woolford and inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, is a deeply enriching process for anyone interested in exploring the unity of mind & body and its potential for an ever expanding quality of life.

Workshops will benefit anyone with a reasonably flexible mind, and of course they are invaluable to those that may be interested in the AcquaViva Yoga foundation or yoga development and teacher training programs.

This day counts towards the introductory workshop requirement of the modular version of the training course based both in Stirling and Brighton starting November 2015, which offers the best possible start to An Authentic and Inspiring teaching practice

About Vanda Scaravelli

For many years, Vanda Scaravelli transformed bodies and lives with her innovative approach to fitness through proper alignment of the spine. Based on the natural principles of gravity and breath, her revolutionary yoga techniques for overall fitness listen to the body and mind, working with instead of against them to achieve dramatic results. "If you are kind to your body, it will respond in an incredible way"

Vanda Scaravelli was born in Florence, Italy. She studied for many years with B.K.S. Iyengar and trained teachers who now teach her new form of yoga all over the world.
